Job Summary

RM Outsourcing Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow its energy solutions pipeline across Lagos and Abuja. The role focuses on identifying commercial opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and supporting the sale of solar PV, energy storage, power systems, and related electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

Identify and convert business opportunities for electrical and electronics products, solar and renewable systems, and power equipment.
Conduct client needs assessments, interpret technical specifications, and present suitable energy and electrical solutions.
Engage EPC contractors, commercial clients, developers, and corporate accounts.
Manage opportunities from lead generation through close.
Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender responses aligned to client requirements.
Build and sustain relationships with industrial buyers, project managers, and technical decision-makers.
Monitor energy-sector trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2–4+ years of sales or business-development experience in energy, power, renewables, or electrical equipment.
Solid understanding of power systems, solar PV, energy storage, or electrical component specifications.
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, and contract-closure skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
