Responsibilities
Source and onboard new clients.
Market loan products and process loan applications.
Conduct field verification and credit assessments.
Disburse loans and ensure timely repayments.
Maintain customer records and manage loan portfolios.
Requirements
ND or higher in any discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to meet targets with integrity and professionalism.
