Job Summary

Auxium Corporate Services is seeking a target-driven Sales Manager to lead property sales activities, build a high-performing sales team, and grow revenue across the wider real estate market. The role is based on-site in Ajah, Lekki, with responsibility for market opportunities beyond the immediate location.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets, increase market share, drive property sales, and develop effective sales strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for team members.
Monitor sales activities, conversion rates, revenue generation, and overall team performance.
Generate and manage high-quality leads while ensuring proper follow-up and conversion.
Coach and mentor sales executives on prospecting, negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure prospects are followed up promptly.
Develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors.
Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Collaborate with Accounts and Customer Relations teams to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
Analyse real estate market trends, competitor activities, customer behaviour, and property demand across the wider market to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Identify underperforming team members and implement appropriate performance improvement measures.
Ensure the sales team complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Participate in property launches, exhibitions, networking events, and other business development activities.
Recommend new sales initiatives and strategies to improve revenue and team productivity.
Deliver against KPIs including team sales-target achievement, monthly and quarterly revenue, conversion rates, closed transaction value, lead follow-up, team productivity, client acquisition and retention, pipeline growth, attendance and activity, and timely, accurate sales reporting.

Requirements

3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in real estate.
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, conversion strategies, property investment, and the real estate market.
Ability to analyse performance data, make sound decisions, and lead a target-driven team.
Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools is an advantage.
